Before lighting, please trim the wick to 1/8"-1/4" and center it. Once the wick is too long or not centered during burning, please extinguish the flame in time, trim the wick, and center it.

Due to the design of our candle, we recommend placing the candle on top of a dish or plate to prevent wax from coming in contact with your surfaces.

Please also be advised that "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault of the candle. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.

Because all candles are 100% handmade, each candle will have minor imperfections by nature and color may slightly vary. For this reason, little imperfections (such as tiny air bubbles) and irregularities may be expected, but do not affect the quality of the product.

FOR SAFETY: Always keep the candle on a heat-safe plate or a candle holder. Keep away from combustible materials/things. Do not leave lighted candles in isolated places and out of the reach of pets or children.

For irregularly shaped candles, we cannot guarantee that each one will be fully burned.
